After I received the wall mount, the directions revealed that it requires two people to mount it. And - it takes two people to dismount it. That is unsatisfactory. So, I EMailed Amazon to arrange for a return. They told me that the .10 shipping cost was not returnable - and that I also had to pay the cost of shipping it back to them. In short, I would get back .99 but would have to eat about - in shipping costs. The alternative is that I eat the entire .09 and keep the worthless wall mount. Under those circumstance, I'll just keep it. But I will not make any future purchases from Amazon.
