I thought it might taste like glorified babyfood, but it tastes great! It tastes just like it's labeled, apple, pomegranate, and peach with an apple sauce-like consistency. As far as what's in it, it is absolutely nutritious with nothing artificial and a great source of protein, fiber, and (as they say on the box) "crazy antioxidants". I can't wait to try some of the other HappyFamily products. With hectic morning routines it's hard to get something nutritious for the adults sometimes. I've been taking these with me when we leave the house and I have to say I am very impressed! The flavors here are sooooo good together! The added salba is great for us all too, same grain they put in the Happy Tots for kids. My husband and son both love them too - I'll definitely be getting more, they are a staple now in our house.
