After a life of heartache and loneliness, Fae Ferryman commits suicide and finds herself met with Azrael, the Angel of Death. He then takes her to the Underworld, where he promises her the peace and happiness she has long awaited. She soon begins to suspect, however, that nothing in the Underworld is as it seems.
